Decorative Eugene Rimmel advertising envelope bearing 2 x 1d plate 179 and 1/2d plate 12 tied by St Martins Place duplex of September 13th 1878 to Malta with arrival mark of September 19th at back. Both 1d’s have an unusual E.R.L. & triangle perfin. Part of flap missing at back. A scarce envelope to an unusual destination.
